How to Convert non-windows 2007 Microsoft Office document to 2007

Microsoft Office 2007 has been one  of the major achievements of Microsoft Office.But the compatibility of Microsoft Office documents outputs has been a problem for some.

Some may have experienced it they have created document from a non 2007 Microsoft Office tool. You will notice this problem once you've open the created document on a Microsoft Office 2007 tool and it displays compatibility mode.In this case some of your formats may be damaged or reformat by the compatibility process.



Here are some helpful tips to retain the original format of documents created.

1. Click the Microsoft Office tool icon on the upper left portion of the GUI.
2. Click Convert > OK
3. Open the document again and the notice of Compatibility will not be displayed anymore and formats may not be altered by the process.
